Goals or milestones are something that everyone should set. I think a lot of people feel like it is cheesy to make them or feel like it’s a waste of time. I can’t disagree more with that statement. Goals can really fuel someone towards their greatness! Something people can do is breakdown a larger goal as well. Say you want to run a marathon. If you were to try and do that today it would be terrible! Now if you make goals of running one mile more each week you would work your way up to that distance. This philosophy is called the Kaizan Way. It is something that all of us at The Specific Chiropractic Centers do!

Goals Then Rewards

So now we have figured out what we want to achieve! Something that is just as important is the reward. Every time you hit a goal it is important that you reward yourself for that goal you hit. When you do reward yourself, take time to thing about how it feels. This part is extremely important as every time you use that thing you rewarded yourself with you will remember what success feels like.
