With the holidays quickly approaching that can only mean one thing….food! I always enjoy the delicious food at holiday gatherings, especially the sweets. One thing that unfortunately follows all of that is a New Years Resolution consisting of fatloss of some sort. This is usually followed by giving up on this resolution. Most people give up on this because it is too hard! There are so many things that go into exercising and losing fat, one of them is accountability.
Something that many people have a problem with is they thing they will be able to push themselves. I’m not saying that you can’t push yourself but when it comes to working out most people aren’t the best at it. Something that is great is finding a group of people to workout with and help guide and push you.
